It’s ideal for this revitalising season on Phuket, when fresh sea breezes and crashing waves transform placid beaches into lively, stimulating settings.

The Saturday Brunch at The Beach Restaurant by The Surin Phuket enhances this seasonal turbulence with a choice of exclusive international delicacies accompanied by free-flow Louis Roederer Champagne, just metres from the tumbling waves.

This exciting brunch experience is also a refreshing departure from routine Sunday brunches staged elsewhere – it kicks-off weekends in memorable style at 12.00 noon on Saturday.

The midday unveiling of this three-hour culinary extravaganza has aperitifs featuring Champagne, fresh juices and French oysters, followed by a range of delights including Atlantic and rock lobster, Alaskan king crab, Foie Gras, Hokkaido scallops, Pata Negra ham, sashimi, prime Black Angus beef tenderloin, over-grilled Atlantic lobster and other exquisite Made to Order signature dishes.

Sheltered in the welcoming interior of The Beach Restaurant, this haven of indulgence is enjoyed with a party vibe courtesy of cool sounds from a resident DJ, accompanied by a backdrop of breaking waves on the beach.

Depending on the weather, brunch guests can get closer to the waves and sea breezes with complimentary beach access and sunbeds, if available.

And with children’s activities for youngsters aged four years and above at the Surin Library from 13.30 to 16.00, parents can relax and relish the gourmet delights that includes free-flow Louis Roederer Champagne, an exclusive selection of premium red and white wines and a variety of digestives, with complete peace of mind.

The Saturday Brunch at The Beach Restaurant by The Surin Phuket is held on the last Saturday of every month until the end of November; on 25 August, 29 September, 27 October and 24 November, from 12 noon to 15.00.
Advanced reservation on +66 (0) 76 316 400 is required, due to limited seating available.
